My stay at Sivatel Bangkok Hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Skytrain and close to shopping areas. However, the room wasn't ready upon my arrival, which was disappointing. Although the breakfast was decent, I expected a bit more from a hotel of this standard.

I had an very nice stay at Sivatel Bangkok Hotel! The staff were genuinely friendly and eager to assist with every need, and the spacious room offered stunning views of the city. However, the pool was under maintenance during my visit, which was a letdown, and the breakfast could have had a few more options. Overall, an enjoyable experience with some room for improvement.
